I'm beginning to see a pattern of how often Microsoft releases newer Cumulative Time Zone/Daylight Saving Time updates for Windows. They're starting to release them about every August and December of the year. I’m beginning to see a pattern of how often Microsoft releases newer Cumulative Time Zone/Daylight Saving Time updates for Windows. They’re starting to release them about every August and December of the year.
