This has to be the best YouTube post of all time.

The Muppets put together a tribute to Freddie Mercury, in memory of the 19th anniversary of his death.

Thanks to Steven Bink for noting that the final scene in the video is a screen from Windows 7.

    Awesome.

    1. Hey Woody I have a problem. I have a Toshiba Satellite A55-S1063 laptop computer and when I run the restore disk on it. It runs for about 5 min then this message comes up saying ( Output A:\Ghost.err? ) and it has an option yes or no. And when I choose yes it doesnt do any thing but go back to the same error message. When I choose no it says ( Application Error 29005 Write sector failure, result= 1, drive=128, sectors 2561527 to 2561591 and then I click ok and then the computer goes off and then comes back on with a black screen and a little cursor at the top left corner and it stays on. Could you please help me out with this problem.

This is an excellent candidate for a post on the Lounge. From the main AskWoody page (which you probably see right now), in the upper right corner, click the link to Ask a Windows or Office Question. You have to sign in, but there are hundreds of volunteers ready to answer questions like this. Some of them may have already hit and solved the problem.

That Muppets Bo-Rap video is genius. My favourites were always the Swedish Chef, Animal, and the Count from Sesame Street.

“I am the Count; I LOVE to count! TEN . . . TEN Windows patches! Ha ha ha ha haaaaaa . . .”

    4. This was funny…
If you look closely, the screen at the end is half Mac also…look at the menu bar at the top! :)

Sunuvagun. This is one INCREDIBLE movie…

    6. Just a minor point – Freddie passed away in 1991, which would make this the 18th anniversary of his death, not 19th. But thank you for pointing out that it was the anniversary….I had forgotten which part of the year it had been.

    7. You’re absolutely right – and I mis-spelled his name!

What a fantastic performer/artist. Regret that I never saw him live.
