I'm running Vista HP 64-bit, but the economy is starting to catch up to me, so I'm really wondering if I truly need to do this now? I got in on the $50 deal through Amazon, so I know that's a great price, but is the upgrade really all that necessary? Also, If I should decide to hold off on the upgrade, will the MS essentials program with the free anti-virus software be available and work with Vista HP 64-bit? Thanks. Woody ~
