The problem is that each Security Bulletin (MS09-xxx number) has multiple - sometimes many KB numbers. The best way to sort them out, in my opinion, is with the SANS Internet Storm Center list. For October, that list is at http://isc.sans.org/diary.html?storyid=7345 .

In general, with a few exceptions, I give a blanket GO/NO-GO recommendation. Right now, I&#039;m saying hold off on applying any updates. I&#039;ll give the green light when I think it&#039;s safe - or when I think MS won&#039;t be making any more changes, whichever comes first.</description>
