PC Magazine has a series of photos unboxing Windows 7 that shows that both 32-bit and 64-bit DVDs are included at http://www.pcmag.com/slideshow_viewer/0,1205,l%253D245106%2526a%253D245108%2526po%253D5,00.asp

It is quite possible to put both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 on one DVD. I have done it by following these instructions http://www.windowsvalley.com/blog/create-windows-7-aio-all-in-one-dvd-or-merge-all-editions-of-windows-7-in-single-dvd/

If I can do I would think that Microsoft can too. Whether or not they will is another question.
