Take your time licensing – the lawyers will eventually get around to you. Then take your time with the whole compliance thing. Until then, you’ll still be getting all the money for each unit.

Woody,
I am in Florida and found out that the Thai Samsung mini-Galaxy that I just bought under Big C will not run on the 3G T-mobile network here in Florida. When I put the SIM card in the 3G air card that I bought in Malaysia that works fine on the 3G network in Dubai, I get the same result. The only answer I get from T-mobile PDA support is that T-Mobile USA does not support any phone or air card that is not sold by T-mobile.
Now T-mobile tells me that I now qualify for an upgrade and can buy the new HTC 4G Sensation Android phone for $200.

My question is: Will the new 4G network proposed by DTAC be the right frequency for use of this phone in Thailand? Will any other network in Thailand in the Phuket area support this phone for internet using a local Thai SIM card. I live year around in Thailand I want to make sure to buy the best phone for use in Thailand. I now live in Chalong but I will not be back in Thailand until November. Any advise will be appreciated.

I’m on vacation in Bali at the moment, so apologies for taking so long to get back to you!Basically, you need a phone that will work with HSPA at 850 MHz. Not sure about the HTC 4G.
