MS-DEFCON 2: Time to get Automatic Updates turned off

I’m taking us up to MS-DEFCON 2: Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don’t do it.
Make sure Automatic Update is turned off, and let’s see what Tuesday will bring.

thanks|Thank you for helping lots of people with their PC problems. It's aggravating to see that spyware is still a massive problem today.I guess it's true that education is still the ideal tactic to assisting individuals cure their problems. May 8th, 2012 at 10:46
Do you agree with the fact that McAfee anti-spyware is crap now? It does not seem to get the job done anymore and the price is going up each year. I simply aren’t happy with it in the least.
