   Woody,
   Many thanks for the MiFi suggestion/idea. Looks good after research. Will see if it’s OK for me, when/if I get the new Surface Pro for my birthday (a gift from me to me at 73). The most expensive drawing pad and for use with my fingers!!! (Not able to come up with any jokes around finger painting, which I loved as a kid and as a mother of a toddler.)

   Surface Pro is not the only Windows 8 tablet. Samsung has also come out with one. Compare before you decide.
