UPDATE: It ain’t a rumor. Build 15060 is out. https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2017/03/16/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-15060-pc/#pUST9sQ1OkRd70ZE.97
There are some oddities, including the watermark returning to the desktop, but that’s likely transient.

Odd notice from Microsoft. If you’re running Win10 Anniversary Update, and have the Get Office app installed, then you Reset with the “Remove everything” option, the reset completes “however some of the factory settings configured by the PC manufacturer might not be restored correctly.”
If you then Reset it again with “Remove everything,” the reset fails.
Thx to Susan Bradley

There’s a storm brewing in the Windows blogosphere, with echo chamber wails growing, teeth gnashing over something Microsoft said.
What I want to know… have you been prevented from installing Win 7 or 8.1 updates on Kaby Lake or Ryzen systems?
