KB 4532695, the “optional, non-security, C/D Week” patch for Win10 versions 1903 or 1909 doesn’t do much

I was also hoping for a fix to the latest IE JScript bug. (Yes, I know it’s asking too much to get a security fix in a non-security patch, but still…) Nope.
That said, KB 4532695 isn’t the monster that some have made it out to be.

UPDATE: Mayank Parmar, who’s rapidly becoming one of my favorite reporters, has a new article in Windows Latest about KB 4532695 breaking internet connectivity on some machines, and sound problems on others.
