AskWoody Plus0Patch Pro has been installed on five Win 7 boxes since the beginning of February. When they released their IE test (https://0patch.com/poc/CVE-2020-0674/0patch_test.html), two machines failed the test. After several attempts to discover (and correct) the problem, I submitted a service request to their Help Center.
The support request was attended to by Mitja Kolsek (co-founder of 0Patch). It took numerous back-and-forth communications over a span of fifteen days to achieve the solutions (a true learning experience), and Mr. Kolsek was both committed to solving the problems and generous with his time — along with impressively quick responses (as was the commonplace for technical support/customer service once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away…).
Bottom line: I’ve unhesitatingly — and enthusiastically — recommended 0Patch to everyone I know who still have Win 7 running on a machine connected the Internet (and who have not purchased the MS ESR updates), and continue to.
