        I decided to upgrade my 1803 W10 Pro to 1903 with an in place upgrade from an ISO I though was a 1903 ISO.
        dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:F:\sources\boot.wim /index:1

        After about 30 minutes I ended up with 10.0.18363.418 version 1909.
        I guess I should have suspected this was what I was gonna get. Oh well
        I had to reset my system fonts with a reg file, not unusual recently..
        I do not have the option now to disable the Upgrade Medic service
        No problems yet
        Belarc Advisor reports I am missing

        Will wait on new Defcon >2 for them

        you got a 1909 ISO instead of a 1903 ISO. the Win10 Media Creation tool downloads 1909 ESDs/ISOs lately.

        if you truly wanted a 1903 ISO rather than the 1909 version, use the latest version of the Windows ISO downloader tool from heidoc.net site instead.

        Sorry for the late reply folks. As I said I BELIEVED (and still do) that it was a 1903 iso, hard to check now.
