MS-DEFCON 2:
Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it.

Da BossAKB2000002: Cannot consistently drag and drop attachments out of an Outlook message window to the desktop
By VulturEMaN
Published 4 Feb 2017 rev 1.0
OS Affected: All environments
Program Affected: Office 2007 to 2013. Possibly 2003 as well (not confirmed).
Expected Behavior:
The ability to rapidly drag/drop attachments out of a message in Outlook.
What happens instead:
The first message drags properly, but every other message requires you to re-click on the message window.
Instead of getting a normal cursor, you get the text select cursor.
Cause:
Options -> Trust Center -> Attachment Handling -> “Turn off Attachment Preview” is checked.
Resolution:
Uncheck “Turn off Attachment Preview”, and disable the individual filters that the user does not want to view (probably just DOC/PPT/XLS/PDF).
