KB4580347 on Win 2012 breaks QB 2020 Database server. The service will not start. Removed the update and the service started without issue.

Anybody else see this problem?

  To see if this is the problem, stop the DNS service, restart the QB service, then start DNS. If that fixes it, then the below fix will work.
  
  It’s a netsh int command. Restart both services after running the below netsh command.
  
  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2665809/you-cannot-exclude-ports-by-using-the-reservedports-registry-key-in-wi
  
  netsh int <ipv4|ipv6> Add excludedportrange [protocol=]tcp|udp [startport=]<integer> [numberofports=]<integer> [[store=]active|persistent]
  
  example:
  
  netsh int ipv4 add excludedportrange protocol=udp startport=55388 numberofports=5
