Hello, is this supposed to work this way?
I turn on the airplane mode, but the connection still remains.
By clicking on it, it redirects me to windows settings, where is no obvious and quick way how to disconnect.

Is this correct behavior, or is my PC engaged with my telephone?
I know I can disable hotspot on my phone, but I hope you get my point there. With Airplane mode ON, every wireless communication SHOULD be suspended!

How/where did you turn airplane mode on ? Using the settings or using pull down control center ?
Which iPhone ans iOS version are you running ?

Thank you for your answer. I turned the airplane mode ON by pressing the “hardware button” on the side of my notebook. Dell Latitude E6530.

I have iPhone SE, iOS 13.3.1.
Thank you for link, I will check it out.

believe it or not, the Airplane mode in Win10 works on both laptop & desktop PCs with at least one Wifi adapter available.
In Win8/8.1, airplane mode was available on laptop PCs only.
