This update dated 2017 keeps showing with ms updating, gets installed successfully then shows up a couple of days later to be installed. This has gone on for a long time on at least both version 1809 and 1903. I do not know what it does, it seems harmless, but nonetheless, if anyone knows what it is, or if I should do something about it or just let it keep reinstalling like I have I would appreciate your thoughts.

You can use wushowhide and HIDE it so it won’t keep reinstalling.
