Is there a way to anchor a form window in Word 97?

Here’s the problem: I noticed a user moving one of my forms around the screen and the form leaves “form trails” — I don’t know what else to call ’em — everywhere he drags the form. This is very bad form from my point of view. So, I either need to know how to prevent “form trails” (see attachment!) or how to anchor a form so users can’t move them.
