It’s not really “you” is it. Anyone that can draw could easily just draw me naked too, what does it matter? It’s not an actual photograph.

The victim should sue, sue, sue for millions and millions of dollars. They should sue both the website and the person who uploaded the video. Enough lawsuits, and this sort of thing might stop.
