    Is it possible for windows backup to save a profile in mozilla? I see how to save files and folder but no %appdate% files

      Yes you can add the folder. It is %appdata% not %appdate%. If you insert directly into the File Explorer address bar %appdata% it will display the folders in the current users AppData folder. The AppData folder is a hidden/system folder and File Explorer must be set to show the folders if you use the drill down method to get to C:\Users\Current User’s name\AppData.

      A disc image will include the profile, but you should also have a more regular file backup that covers Documents and other things like Mozilla profiles.
      Image every 1 to 3 months, file every day to a week.
