I know this is going to sound like a dumb question, but believe it or not I’ve never had to do this before. How do I block an e-mail address through the Exchange Server so nothing from the e-mail address can get through? If not a specific e-mail address, how about blocking the domain? We are running Exchange Server 5.5 on a Windows NT 4 box.

      Have a look at MSKB Q245465 .
      Summary:
The Internet Mail Service in Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 with Service Pack 2 (SP2) or later installed has message filtering capabilities that you can configure within the Exchange Server Administrator program. Use the Message Filtering feature to add domains or users who are not allowed to deliver SMTP messages to your site.
