You may download Win10 TP build 9879 ISO from Download Windows Technical Preview November Update.

I think the fix released today is included but not positive. Just run WU after the install to be sure.

  Looks like the slow ring has caught up with the fast ring with added bonus of ISO’s being available.
  
  Not sure if the fix issued earlier today will be included in the ISO as I only dowloaded the fix a few hours ago, however as Joe says, run WU after installing.

  I read today that the fix KB3019269 is included in the ISO.
