Found this bypass for the Windows 11 installer check for TPM 2.0 floating aound the interweb . . . . .

TPM 2.0 Windows 11 Install Error Fixed

    Replace the appraiserres.dll file

    1. Click this link and download the appraiserres.dll file.
This downloaded file is from a Windows 10 ISO. Since Windows 10 doesn’t check if a computer has a TPM 2.0 chip, we essentially swap this file with the one in Windows 11.
    2. If you’re on Windows, mount the Windows 11 ISO (right-click on the ISO and click on Mount).
    3. After mounting/extracting, head inside the extracted ISO and go to the ‘sources’ folder.
    4. Find the appraiserres.dll file and delete or rename it.
Copy the Windows 10 appraiserres.dll file that you downloaded and paste it into the ‘Sources’ folder in Windows 11 ISO.
    5. Now, try installing Windows 11 on your PC or VMBy and it should work.

Secure Boot. How to enable/ disable Secure Boot In Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 here!

     Installing Win10 appraiserres.dll directly to Windows 11

    2. Copy the .DLL file to your C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ folder. (64 bit)
    3. DLL installation has been completed!

Note: As yet, not sure if this works …. or not.
