AskWoody PlusI finished building my new desktop DIY machine recently. I kept my old SSD boot drive but did a clean Win10 install on my new faster M.2 SSD drive. I kept the old drive with a new drive letter. Everything is working well, and it was actually useful to have both Windows installs for a while — the ability to poke around back into my old setup to see if I’d forgotten anything in the new one. You can see a picture of my dual boot screen below. Now I wonder if I can just delete the old install — with a quick format of the drive perhaps — or if I’d be asking for trouble in some way. What do you think?
