When I go to the public library and log on to the Internet using their wireless services, I will be able to log on with no problem after going through their logging process, basically to promise that I will not do anything “bad”.
But when I go any other place, I can’t log on. The staff of the library do not know what is going on, and they are less technical than one would like to deal with, but I am surprised that this is happening.
Any ideas what settings I should look at and change?
