My home desktop is a refurbished Dell Optiplex 7010 business machine. It appears to have some left-over group policy settings that won’t allow me to update Windows 10 past version 21H2. I’ve looked through the group policy editor and can’t find where this might be enabled. Would appreciate any help in how to remove these group policies so I can update to 22H2. Thanks.

Here is what the splash screen looks like:

    Policies set on your device
Target release version for feature updates
    Source: Administrator
    Type: Group Policy
Target product version for feature updates

    Source: Admin

    Type: Group Policy

See AKB2000016 Win10 Pro information about Target Release Version (TRV). There are screenshots at the bottom to show you where the Group Policy and Registry settings are located.
