        Comcast Announces Comprehensive COVID-19 Response

        Comcast, one of North America’s largest cable TV, internet, mobile, and voice providers, is implementing the following policies in response to the Coronavirus pandemic:

        • Xfinity WiFi hot-spots across the United States will be available to anyone who needs them for free – including non-Xfinity internet subscribers.
        • While the vast majority of their customers do not come close to using 1TB of data per month, the corporation is pausing all data plans for 60 days and providing all customers unlimited data for no additional charge.
        • Comcast will not disconnect a customer’s internet service or assess and wave late fees if the customer contacts their service provider and let them know that they can’t pay their bills.
