Is it OK to simply uninstall CVE-2013-3893 from programs and features in Win 7,  or is there more that needs to be done?  IE Version 11.0.9600.19670 installed but not ever being used.

CVE-2013-3893 is “Fixit” tool to address an Internet Explorer memory corruption vulnerability. It probably isn’t relevant any more as IE has been updated many times since 2013.

It is harmless, so unless you have a strong reason to remove it (I can’t easily think of one), just leave it.
