Since yesterday, Norton Internet Security warns me that is dangerous, so I have not tried to go there. Is anyone aware of any problems with the site?

Deanna,  I am having a problem when I go to  My Dell Monitor starts flickering and then displays horizontal fine raster lines.  The only way to get rid of it is to shut both the computer and the monitor down.  In the past 3+ years, I have only run across this issue on two websites. and an extremely old mastercook recipe site.

Dell UP3017 30 Monitor, Win7 64bit with Intel I3-6100CPU with built in Intel 530HD graphics running at 60HZ.

Anyone else have this problem or any ideas on how to correct the issue.  I have to avoid as it is just not worth possibly damaging my monitor at this point.  Thanks
