Susan,

It was unclear if you are today (9/26/23) telling those of us on Windows 10 to upgrade to Windows 11 (assuming the system allows it) or did I misinterpret a comment on 9/18/23:

• I will be recommending Windows 11 22H2 later on this month for all Home and Consumer users.

Did you mean “for all Home and Consumer users already on Windows 11”?
