I went to login to my Dish account this morning and you can’t. There is a link that explains that they were hacked and customer info may be at risk.

Don't take yourself so seriously, no one else does 🙂

I was wondering if this was a new hack but no, these are the continuing effects of the February 23 hack.

 

Either Dish has really fallen on their face in terms of security, or this is a hit by a major state actor or both. It’s been nearly a whole month and they can’t even restore auto billing yet (I had to use the contracted web payment service they have put up on their page) and ordering changes to your service is apparently sketchy as the customer service system is not back to full capacity.

I tried to call for an overcharge on my bill yesterday and it said that there was an 88 minute waiting time. I hung up. My autopay isn’t due until the end of the month so I hope they get back on track soon.

Has anybody tried to change their programming within the last month I got no help. I decided to cancel my subscription. They won’t let you on the app. They won’t answer the phone they don’t have an email address. Does anybody else have this problem?
