Windows 10 pro 1909 has been  playing up for days (especially lost the up arrow on the taskbar). I saw a suggestion in Computerworld  that it may be caused by an Office 365 update reverting W10 display settings to default. Contacted office365 help. They referred me to W10 help who finally blocked me without any help.

In Win10, the Display settings are in the Settings App\System\Display
