        The last 2 DST updates have not shown any supersedence in WSUS, but the classification is listed as Update Rollups.  I wonder which it is, cumulative or not?

        none of the new 2 DST updates. I avoid installing them.

        KB4468323 is the only recent standalone DST update that was cumulative. otherwise, the big monthly rollups from 2019 (like KB4489878 for Win7 and KB4489891 for Server 2012 R0) contain the newest DST fixes as well as the DST updates from KB4468323.
