FYI: DISM health and SFC are all good
An observation on today’s x86 W10 21H2 post-Edge update after system restart with August patches previously installed.
Within this folder location:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\EdgeCore
I have two folders, one named 104.0.1293.63 and the other with 104.0.1293.70
Both folder contents are identical in structure with variable minor sizes as per folder properties report of 383 MB in screenshot.
Shouldn’t 104.0.1293.63 be completely removed after a restart as per previous updates when updating to 104.0.1293.70??
I have experienced this over the last few edge updates leaving empty folders which I manually delete.
Anyone else confirm this new behaviour on x86 systems?
Note: this doesn’t affect x64 systems by recent comparison on my other W10 21H2 installation
