    How can I display the cell comment field from a worksheet onto a chart so that the comment moves with the chart as the x axis timeline changes. I also wish to be able to rotate the comment left or right.

      Options

      Cells _comment_ only by VBA, and a quite elaborate one on top of it. However, there is a little trick to do this with the cell value/content. If this is satisfactory and you need more information, please ask.
