    Running Win2k SP3.

    Seems Explorer refresh command or F5 no longer works. For instance, when I mount an exncrypted disk which shows up in Explorer, it won’t show until I close and reopen it. Refresh just doesn’t work. Any ideas on how to fix this small but annoying problem?
