In addition to getting support for Apple products here on AskWoody (which we’re always happy to answer), I wanted to share some links Apple Support sent me that provide additional information about getting support for Apple products:

Apple’s main support page (and the page I quote most Apple support articles from) is:

        https://support.apple.com

To contact Apple Support directly, this is the best page to start:

        https://getsupport.apple.com

You can also download the Apple Support app for iPhone and iPad which offers a great way to contact Apple Support, or contact @AppleSupport on Twitter as a good front line to troubleshoot issues with Apple products.

Apple Support also has a YouTube channel with excellent videos to view on various Apple products and services:

        https://www.youtube.com/applesupport

For support on macOS itself, this is the best page to consult to start with troubleshooting:

        https://support.apple.com/macos

To get support for the App Store and apps, start here:

        https://support.apple.com/apps

To get support for accessibility (vision/hearing impairment, etc.), please see:

        https://support.apple.com/accessibility

To have live, hands-on sessions in local Apple Stores, check out Today at Apple:

        https://www.apple.com/today/

To download Apple product manuals for Apple Books, see this link:

        https://support.apple.com/manuals
