I have enabled GP to “Do not include drivers with Windows Update” but for the past two days, I have found drivers in the WU queue. I have hidden them.

However, if the GP is enabled to not include drivers, doesn’t that mean that they are not supposed to be in the WU queue?

Is anyone else having this problem?

      What sort of drivers ?
It seems WU disregards the setting when offering Intel drivers.

WCHS, I have “no drivers” set in GP as well, but have been offered various Intel drivers for the last couple of months, too. I’ve just been hiding them, like you. I haven’t seen any drivers from any other manufacturer offered via Windows Update.

I have “no drivers” set in GP also BUT I have been offered a host of things “I do not have any idea what they” are from Intel- I just hide them. Might be microcode, might be code for chipset or who knows??? Intel driver assist only shows a blue tooth driver and a graphics driver for my particular laptop. It’s mystery and I will not load them until I know what they are. The explanations I’ve found are so esoteric in nature as to not even make any sort of sense. Thanks Intel!
