Right click taskbar > Taskbar Settings > Scroll to notification area:
choose each respectively and you’ll get the desired result.OOPS…that’s for Windows 10 (now I’m emarrassed lol)

ManagerYou can’t do that with built-in functions on any version of Windows.*
But you can by using one of several third-party programs:

(* Unless the particular program includes that option.)
