        Over on the right in the “wood” panel, under that heading Search for Topics there is a link “My favorite topics”.    How does one mark a topic so that it gets listed there?

        Click the Favorite link, next to Subscribe, just above the top right of the first post of any topic:

        Favorite-topic

        It’s a toggle, which changes to Favorited. Click the same place again to revert.
