How to find normal.dot? (XP)

Hello,

The attached scrn. shot shows my search on a PC with Office XP to find the normal.dot file.

It came back with the message “…”

How can I make WinXP search for this file?

Click on the arrow next to “More Advanced Options” and then select “Search Hidden Files and Folders”

This is necessary because Normal.Dot usually lives in a folder below Documents and Settings your usernameApplication Data which is a hidden folder.
