I usually let Microsoft update Windows 10 on my desktop Windows 10 Pro PC as updates become available but I usually make a complete Acronis backup of my hard drive before an major release of windows like the upcoming 1903 release.  This time I’m a bit wary about allowing the update to proceed on it’s own because I’m have several out of town trips I need to make from now thru mid June.  Because my wife is a bit “technically challenged” when it comes to PC’s I would rather not allow my PC to be updated by 1903 until I’m back from my trips but afterwards I want to return things to normal.  I understand that there’s a way to prevent Windows from upgrading a Windows 10 Pro PC but I cannot seem to find the Ask Woody article that speaks of this methodology.  Can someone point me to these instructions so I can setup my PC up before I have to leave?

      Thanks.
