    1. First of all, open Start Menu from the desktop. Press CTRL with Shift keys and hold it and then do right-click at any empty space of Start Menu.

    3. You have another option to just open the secret Exit Explorer. Again, tap CTRL with Shift keys and make right-click at empty space of Taskbar.

    When you click on Exit Explorer option then all items like Taskbar, Start Screen, etc of Windows Explorer and you will not able to access this again.

    To recover all items again, you need to copy the following steps:

    1. Press CTRL key with Shift and Esc buttons altogether to open Task Manager.

    2. Now hit on Details option at the top and then tap on File to open Run new task option.

    3. Write the text Explorer in the box and finally click on OK button. Then you will recover all items in your PC as you had previously.

      This option is hide in the Start menu and Taskbar which was absent in Windows 8/8.1.

      This trick works just fine from the desktop on my Win 8.1 Pro desktop setup. :cheers:
