Hi,

I want to make some IT Training video files which capture my mouse movements.
Lotus ScreenCam can be used for this – but the filesize cannot be used for the web as it is very bulky.

Does anyone know HOW I can make the recording into an SWF File (Shockwave Flash) ?
Can Macromedia Flash be used for this? How?
