A handful of my apps are having iMessage extension issues after upgrading to iOS 13. Here’s my forum post with the developers on one of them:

      Anyone else having this issue?

      Thanks!

I tried uninstalling one of my apps, rebooting, and reinstalling the app, and that worked. Will try with other apps and see what happens.

Updating to iOS 13.2.3 globally resolved this for all affected apps. Uninstalling the app, rebooting, and reinstalling the app works as well, although updating to iOS 13.2.3 is a quicker resolution.

And…the issue is back for a couple of apps. Seems this is a bug in iOS 13 itself. I have filed a bug report with Apple Feedback Assistant.
