When I open a read-only document in Word 365, a message box displays telling me that I cannot edit the document. Is it possible to get rid of that annoying message? I know the document is read only and I know I cannot edit it. But I can’t even view the document until I click OK to dismiss the little message.
Also, is it possible to disable the no editing “feature.” I prefer to edit and not be allowed to save if an when that time comes.
