Inserting picture with Alt Text

In Word 2010 the following command inserted a picture with its alternative text (its filename) when the picture is inserted from the Insert dialog:

With Dialogs (wdDialogInsertPicture)

I then went on the use the Alt Text in further code.

In Word 365 the Alternative Text is not imported, so the succeeding code fails.

Any ideas how to restore the functionality please ?

PS It is just the same with the non-VBA insert picture method – the Alt Text is not imported any more.
