    There’s a little bit of a breakthrough on the Microsoft Answers forum — not really a confession or a solution, but at least it’s a step in the right

      Well, for me it bears the reminiscence of this:

      (that I sadly experienced myself – on two rather expensive then laptops, and 3 months or so once warranty ended for both. Invariably, my machines were outstide of the range of a recall, obviously)

      So: nihil novi sub sole – meaning that I really don’t expect that MS will act differently…
