iTunes only downloading most recent podcast epis

Since installing iTunes 10.0.1.22 iTunes will only download the most recent episode of podcasts that I subscribe to. All other episodes that have become available between when I “refresh” podcasts are grayed out in the podcast subscription list in my iTunes. I am unable to find a way to download those episodes. Before the “upgrade”, I had no problem. I could simply right click the available podcasts not yet downloaded in my iTunes and hit “Update Podcast”. Now I am unable to do this. I am running Vista Home Premium (32-bit). I have had no luck Googling the problem or by looking at the forum on Apple’s site. Any suggestions?
