Please note, this KB is only for Win10 server and Win10 Enterprise LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel), not Win10 Home and Pro.

KB5010196 can also be applied/installed onto Windows Server 2019 as well (cuz I saw that update also listed for Server 2019 on MS Update Catalog):
