I didn’t see it in my Office 365 but I’m on the slower patching channel/nor did I see it on my personal 365

First saw the Excel issue Monday morning Melbourne time.
Interestingly it was on laptops with nVidia drivers and they all had version 2206.15330.20196. Just forcing a screen refresh showed the cell data but not the visual window elements that had blanked out.

Yesterday morning (Tuesday) we all got updated to a downgrade version 2205.15225.20288 which according to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/officeupdates/update-history-microsoft365-apps-by-date?redirectSourcePath=%252fen-us%252farticle%252fVersion-and-build-numbers-of-update-channel-releases-ae942449-1fca-4484-898b-a933ea23def7 does not exist !!

Interestingly, the 2206 build does not have the “Disable hardware graphics acceleration” option.

I think this is probably fixed by yesterday’s release of version 2206 (Build 15330.20230), where the only additional fix for Excel is “We fixed a visual glitch in the Formula bar“:
